Luna Interchangeable Weighted Kegel Balls (Mini) - LELO

The Lelo Luna Beads are an excellent kegel exercise system.

This set of Luna Beads Mini has beads that are the same weight but are somewhat smaller in size than the classic Luna Beads set. This is ideal for women who find that a larger bead is uncomfortable to insert or wear.

You’ll still get the advantages of the weighted balls inside the beads that move with your own movement to exercise your pelvic floor muscles. As with the Luna Beads Classic, the Luna Beads Mini are versatile for all experience levels, so you can start with just one pink bead as a beginner, and work your way up to using both blue balls as your muscles strengthen.

The pinks beads weigh in at 28 grams, and the blue beads are 37 grams. The Luna Beads Mini come with an instruction manual and exercise ideas, and a lovely black satin pouch for discreet storage. As they’re made of TPE plastic and silicone (with coated metal balls for the interior weights), we recommend a good water-based lubricant to help with easy insertion and comfortable wear.
